At lunchtime, take a p a u s e from every thing. Have the deepest, most restful and most important conversation - a conversation with your body, mind, heart. Yoga nidra, also known as conscious sleep meditation, is the gentlest and most relaxing form of yoga (done only in Savasana or the corpse pose). Through a series of guided breath, body and awareness techniques, begin to feel tensions melt away and feel yourself moving into a state of complete non-doing. A state where your body and mind can fully rest and restore.

Daring to Rest: #YesToSleep

Dare to Rest. So that you can Rise and Shine.

In conjunction with World Sleep Day and International Women’s Day, join us for a weekend retreat of deep rest. In this two and a half days workshop, you will be guided through yoga nidra meditations to release the many layers of exhaustion. You will then be guided to rise from a well-rested place and bring the calmness into your world. All guests will also be gifted a yoga nidra audio recording to continue the rest-full journey. (Shhh…) early birds also receive special hand-sewn eye pillows from The Sowing Room! This workshop is held in collaboration with Yoga In Common.
