We live in a world where speed is king. We run and chase our whole lives, leap-frog from moment to moment. We rush to get “there” and end up missing “here”. Today’s modern woman may have it the toughest. She’s mother, daughter, wife, worker, entrepreneur and then some more. She is expected to rough-it-out in a place where the masculine energy reigns, and expected to tame down her own feminine energy. What if we can balance this? What if we can reclaim our true being? What if we can prevent the burn up and burn out?
This Sep & Oct, we invite you to cultivate a new habit of Daring to Rest. Over 4 yoga nidra classes in a period of 21 days, you will learn the effective sleep-based meditation technique to rest fully and release your layers of exhaustion. You will learn how to tap into do-less and thought-less states for deep rest and restoration to happen.
At the end of 21 days, we gather as a community of rest-full women to celebrate Daring to Rest, and Rising Stronger.

Programme
Yoga nidra class
We meet for 4 weekly instructional group yoga nidra classes over the 21-day period. In each class, you will learn about rest and our different layers of exhaustion, participate in cozy sharing circles, as well as practice yoga nidra.
Yoga Nidra is a conscious deep sleep meditation that supports you to take a tranquil journey within. A work-in rather than a work-out, yoga nidra invites you to lie down and simply do nothing other than to pay attention to the guidace coming from the facilitator. Soon, you may find yourself resting in a gap of nothing-ness, a sanctuary where deep restorative rest can happen, a cozy nest where you can simply be and know that everything is okay. Awakening from this deep rest, you will feel a deep sense of calm, peace and love.
Home practice
After each class, you will receive a yoga nidra audio recording and home practice suggestions dedicated to the theme of the week. You are encouraged to practice at home and journal your experience. By adopting the philosophy to ‘Be Kind To Yourself’, simply allow the home practice to unfold as they are, only practice what your schedule allows for. There are no A-stars that we are trying to achieve.
By the end of the 21 days, you will be equipped with a total of 4yoga nidra audio recordings which you may continue to use for a lifelong practice of rest.
