In conjunction with World Sleep Day and International Women’s Day, join us for a weekend retreat of deep rest. In this two and a half days workshop, you will be guided through yoga nidra meditations to release the many layers of exhaustion. You will then be guided to rise from a well-rested place and bring the calmness into your world. All guests will also be gifted a yoga nidra audio recording to continue the rest-full journey. (Shhh…) early birds also receive special hand-sewn eye pillows from The Sowing Room! This workshop is held in collaboration with Yoga In Common.
We will be supporting the Biophilia and Nature Education Symposium 2019, organised by Cicada Tree Eco-place. We return with True Nature: forest bathing x yin yoga self-care session in October. In this 3-hour experience, you will be guided to explore and discover your relationships and connections with nature - outer and inner. Forest bathing takes you on a gentle and slow immersion in the nature around you, awakening all your senses and unfolding your personal stories that nature holds for you. Tuning in to your body, surrendering to your nature (in nature), Yin yoga awakens conversations with your body which may have been drowned out by urban hustling and bustling. A simple tea ceremony - a communing with nature, ends your gentle self-care experience, and we hope you have re-discovered the peace in your soul.
Five walks in five weeks: an immersion course. Over a course of five weeks, you will be introduced to a good foundation for a lifelong practice of forest bathing. By the end of the five sessions, you will be equipped with a repertoire of sensory invitations and other nature connection activities which you will find useful in your future practice.

Wander mindfully in these safe alluring spaces, wonder at the wonders around us, and refind yourself. In our "foREST" series, we take you on a mindful journey through the lush, green, 'wilder' sides of Singapore. Meander under dense canopy, listen to nature songs, and immerse in the aroma of nature. And you may be surprised to find yourself transported along a journey of deep nature connection, tapping into nature's healing power and re-discovering yourself.
