Lunchtime Resting | Yoga nidra

At lunchtime, take a p a u s e from every thing. Have the deepest, most restful and most important conversation - a conversation with your body, mind, heart.

Yoga nidra, also known as conscious sleep meditation, is the gentlest and most relaxing form of yoga (done only in Savasana or the corpse pose). It is said that ‘a 15-minute yoga nidra feels like an hour nap’. Through a series of guided breath, body and awareness techniques, begin to feel tensions melt away and feel yourself moving into a state of complete non-doing. A state where your body and mind can fully rest and restore.

Suitable for all levels. This class is useful for helping you rest and power through the day.

You can join in 1 class, 2 or more, or simply take up this journey of rest for the month!
