Online/ Remote Guided Forest Therapy Walks

You can join Youmin for remote forest therapy experiences from anywhere around the world! These sessions are conducted once every 2-3 months.

Conducted online and remotely via zoom, you will receive live facilitation from Youmin and take a therapeutic experience in your chosen venue.

In the company of others from around the world and from your nature spot (be it your own backyard, nearby city garden, an accessible forest, or even by the windows of your bedroom), you can slow down and tune into the glimmers that your immediate world offers.
