Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a gentle and accessible sleep mindfulness technique that i s scientifically known to help people attain deep sleep brainwaves.
It allows the mind and body to deeply rest and restore. Yoga Nidra gifts whitespace - a much-needed quiet space where clutter and chaos falls away, allowing balance to arrive again. There are no yoga poses to do in these classes and is suitable for everyone. We simply lay down and allow the process of Yoga Nidra lead us into a nourishing restful state. Indoor Forest Bathing
A mini forest bathing workshop that is sweat-free and bugs-free. Relaxing into the scent of our phytoncide forest bathing essential oil, you are permitted to press pause in your mental chatter and return to the intelligence of nature, your body and your heart.
Plant Music edition is also available on a request basis.

Inner Landscapes
This guided journaling workshop support participants to explore their natural rhythms and landscape archetype. Being mindful of our own inner landscapes and characteristics help us to make sense of ourselves, how we should be do-ing, rest-ing and thrive-ing more naturally.
Includes a kit of landscape cards.
