Forest therapy is a practice of conscious and mindful connection to nature through our senses. You will ‘bath’ in the atmosphere of nature and receive what nature has to offer you for your mental and emotional well-being. Less of a work out, and more of a work in, forest therapy brings you to explore your relationships with nature and within yourself.
