Forest bathing Wellness (open class), Singapore Botanic Gardens

  • Singapore Botanic Gardens Singapore (map)
In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks.
— John Muir

Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is not just a stroll in the park. It is also not hiking. This open forest bathing class will take you slowly and intentionally through nature. Through a series of invitations, you will be facilitated to awaken your senses to deepen your connection with yourself, with nature, and with others. Wander mindfully in alluring spaces around our city-state, wonder at the wonders around us, and refind yourself. And you may be surprised to find yourself immersed in a new, mindful and serene threshold within our busy concrete jungle. You will leave this class with a renewed and refreshed heart, mind and body.
