In moments of stillness, what will you notice about your partner? In moments of quietness, what will you notice about your partnership? Embark with your partner on a forest bathing experience that will gently ease you to mindfully connect with the outer nature, your inner nature, and the nature of your partnership. Aside from emotional resilience, research has also quantified many other health benefits of forest bathing. This workshop is open for all couples, as well as pairs of good friends. And just so you know … no back rubs and fully clothed!
In this workshop, expect a slow immersive experience in nature. Neither a hike, nor a nature walk, forest bathing brings you on a journey of connecting with nature through our senses. In the process, we connect to ourselves and our partners. Backed by Science research, forest bathing is proven to help reduce stress levels, improve body immune responses, increase creativity and more. The gentle awe and wonder in nature gives us an opportunity to step back, reflect and consider the bigger meaning of life. This workshop will focus on the theme of ‘partnerships’. Curated nature connection activities – both solo and pair, will invite you to explore what partnerships mean for you. At the end of the workshop, we commune with nature over a simple tea ceremony, thankful for sharing a tender and authentic moment with our partners.
This workshop is organised as part of Festival of Love http://www.festoflove.com.
