  • Japanese Garden Singapore (map)
Not all who wander are lost.
— J.R.R. Tolkien

Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is not just a stroll in the park. Forest bathing takes participants slowly and intentionally through nature. Through a series of invitations, you will be facilitated to awaken your senses to deepen your connection with yourself, with nature, and with others. Let us take you through an immersive experience in our beautiful gardens around our city-state. Wander mindfully in these safe alluring spaces, wonder at the wonders around us, and refind yourself. And you may be surprised in finding yourself immersed in a new, mindful and serene threshold within our busy concrete jungle.
