Imagine a morning filled with floral colours, aroma and softness.
Your 2-hour guided forest bathing journey begins through an archway of blooming flowers. Your guide will lead you through a gentle process of awakening your senses and facilitate your journey of embodied and sensorial connections in this soft world of flowers. This is not a hike or a typical nature walk - but a relational, heart-filled journey to rediscover nature, ourselves and our stories, and community. With spaciousness and permission to linger, there is no rush.
Your gentle morning through this welcoming forest of flowers will conclude with a communal sharing of floral tea. May the warmth, gentleness and beauty of nature and floral notes linger on with you through your day.
This experience is curated and accompanied by Singapore's experienced certified forest therapy guide(s).

What to expect
The forest bathing experience takes on a slow immersive pace. It will not be strenuous, but you need to be comfortable to sit on the ground (mats are provided).
Certified forest therapy guide(s) will facilitate the experience. Nature and forest bathing invitations are suggested but are never compulsory.
Since we are immersing in a comfortable indoor forest/garden, outdoor/sports wear is optional. You are advised to bring a sweater as it is cold in the venue.
Due to the more contemplative, slow and quiet nature of the experience, it is recommended for anyone aged 16 and above.
Your ticket allows you to continue your visit and time in the Floral Fantasy after the guided experience. However, please take note that re-entry is not allowed.
