All our classes follow the principles of forest therapy - slow, immersive and experiential. We focus a lot on being-more, doing-less, caring-less. Through crafted invitational activities, your facilitator and guide will help you slow down and support you in your connections with nature and with-in.
Forest Bathing 5-week Immersion
Because us humans, simply are not able to commit to matters we know we ought to be doing. This 5-week course commits and eases you into a regular forest bathing practice. By the end of 5 classes, you will be equipped with a repertoire of sensory invitations and other nature connective activities which you will find useful in your future practice. At the end of each practice, we dedicate 30 - 45 minutes to delve deeper into the concepts and theories of forest bathing, over tea. You are highly encouraged to follow up on mini tasks including visits to your sit spot and journaling (but these always remain stress-free!). If you need a gentle nudge to breathe and live well, if you love the idea of being part of a cozy ‘forest bathing circle’ who will support one another through the 5 weeks, if you want to feel the cumulative effects of a consistent forest bathing practice, this course is perfect for you!
Suitable for pure beginners too. You are highly encouraged to be present for the first and last classes. One-time trial classes are available.
Forest Bathing Wellness
Having a stressful week or simply feeling joy-less? This open class will cradle you through a sensory experience in nature. Sense and witness the quiet abundance and joy in nature; go within and nature will calm your soul. A simple tea ceremony concludes your class. You have exhibited self-care and loved yourself by letting your mind relax, letting your heart renew, letting your body refresh.
forREST - forest bathing + rest meditation (NEW!)
Let's rest. Let's break the cycle of exhaustion and fatigue. A seamless integration of forest bathing and Daring to RestTM meditation, will offer you a good sleep. Be well-rested. Rise, and shine.

True Nature - forest bathing + yin yoga
An exploration of your relationships and connections with nature - outer and inner. Forest bathing takes you on a gentle and slow immersion in the nature around you, awakening all your senses and unfolding your personal stories that nature holds for you. Tuning in to your body, surrendering to your nature (in nature), yin yoga awakens conversations with your body which may have been drowned out by urban hustling and bustling. Work in, not work out.
This class is offered in partnership with The Beingwith Practice.
Private classes / Corporate sessions / Workplace wellbeing sessions
Everyone, every organisation has different needs and circumstances. We do private classes for individuals, as well as group private classes (round up your close friends and have a class together!). We also conduct bespoke talks and programmes for companies as part of their workplace health and wellbeing pursuit.
